Construction 1200®
Sealant
The premium silicone sealant for high-performance glazing applications.
Construction 1200 sealant is a one-part sealant widely used for new construction, remedial work and maintenance. When used on glass surfaces, this ready-to-use sealant requires no primer. Primer may be required on other construction materials in order to maximize adhesion.*
*Proven performance. Provides the ultimate in properties ranging from high strength, outstanding adhesion to long life. The acetoxy-based silicone exhibits very rapid cure time.
*Outstanding weatherability--long term resistance to degradation by UV, ozone and weather.
Contractors SCS 1000®
Sealant
Proven performance, reliability and economy for general purpose sealing and glazing applications.
Contractors SCS 1000 sealant offers excellent adhesion, weatherability and flexibility for general glazing and curtainwall sealing applications. It is also well-suited for general sealing applications such as sheet metal, skylights, ventilators, air conditioning systems, metal/plastic signs, glass block structures and as a bedding for marine hardware. Not recommended for glazing of two-part silicone edge-sealed insulating glass units.
*One-part, easy-to-use sealant designed for general purpose glazing and sealing applications where long-term reliability is required.
*Resists degradation from UV, ozone and other environmental conditions. Retains cured properties from -40 F to 400 F.
